My career journey at Convatec has been great so far. I have been through different roles and worked across different business units. This gave me the opportunity to meet people across the organisation and get a glimpse of different team’s cultures and how they work on a daily basis. I started an internship at the Transformation Office during my MBA and worked in the Advanced Wound Care team. After graduating, I joined full-time in September 2021 as a Global Product Manager in Continence Care.
I have had a very positive experience so far. I have been working on many interesting cross functional projects and that gives me the opportunity to collaborate with other departments. As a result, I have better visibility of our strategy and products. I really enjoy my projects and I am excited about the long-term impact they can have for our organisation. I see my career progressing day by day, by working closely with like-minded individuals and aspiring business leaders.
The major highlight is that I am leading the expansion of part of our product line in new countries. I am also involved in the new product development process for some of our new products.
