I am responsible to drive the set-up and operational delivery for our APAC region delivery centre, and to lead a team of HR Solutions Delivery experts in this region. I am based in GBS Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As a key interim member of the global HR Transformation team and, in time, of the Service and Solutions Delivery Leadership Team, I will collaborate with colleagues and HR leadership in defining, organising and delivering services to support our people agenda. Our new HR Operating Model is defined, enhanced, and supported by my team, who will also oversee successfully delivering Workforce Administration services.

I started my career in 2003 with a company called Vsource, which was later renamed Symphony BPO Solutions. I worked as a Customer Care Executive, Trainer, and Subject Matter Expert for the client NetApp, a company based in Sunnyvale, California. In 2006, I was selected to lead a Helpdesk Professional team for HR Solution clients. I came to realise that HR was something I was passionate about, and since then I went on to pursue a career in the HR shared services industry.
