We caught up with our Chief Digital Information Officer Angie Goodwin, to discuss her vision for Convatec's IT function and our new IT hubs in Kuala Lumpur, Bogotá, Lisbon and Michalovce.

I am the Chief Digital Information Officer, with the responsibility to ensure we have IT and digital solutions that support and drive our business forward to better support those we serve. We aim to do this in a way that leverages the very best of what is available in a safe and compliant way.

Our mission is to provide Convatec with exceptional solutions and services that consistently exceed expectations. We are committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and timely solutions that simplify work life for our valued customers and people.

By having IT hubs in Lisbon, Kuala Lumpur, Bogotá and Michalovce we can have ‘follow the sun’ services for all our employees and customers. We will be able to monitor 24x7, react to issues quicker and always have someone colleagues can talk to if you have issues with your IT equipment, software, or tools.
