Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec
As outlined above, a formal recruitment process is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer of employment. This will include an interview confirmed by an official Convatec email address. We will never require payment or fees from you as part of our recruitment process and all personal information is requested through official Convatec channels.
If you receive a suspicious approach over social media, text message, email or phone call about recruitment at Convatec, do not disclose any personal information or pay any fees whatsoever. If you’re unsure, please contact us at careers@convatec.com.
Got a virtual interview? Here are some tips to prepare.
Test the Tech
There is nothing worse than screens freezing, being unable to log in and panicking right before your interview. Do a test run with a friend or family member to make sure everything is working as it should.
Minimise distractions
This can be easier said than done however if you can find a spot which is quiet and has a clear background it will really help you and your interviewers focus.
Prep Prep Prep
Treat this as any other interview and we all know preparation really is key.
Make sure you are familiar with the role and job description, that you have researched Convatec and what we do. Have a clear set of objectives you want to get out of the session - remember it's a two-way process!
Dress to impress
Although your interview process will be virtual it should be treated like any other interview. Dress in a way that makes you feel confident and is appropriate for the situation.
Body language
We want you to feel relaxed and set you up for success but be conscious of your body language when on camera and make sure your camera is at eye level.

How did your journey at Convatec begin?
"It all began on LinkedIn when I was looking for a new career opportunity. I loved the values of the company and the exciting times of the digital transformation in Convatec.
My first contact was on the phone with Karolina (a recruiter from Convatec) and I remember to have felt looked after and well informed as a candidate, from the very first steps."
