I work as an IT Business Analyst. My first project at Convatec was delivering a platform which provides insights on web analytics. The biggest highlight for me was the launch of the platform but the most important part was improving it afterwards and seeing the value that it brings to the business and the impact on decision making.
The Dell STEM Aspire program allowed me to connect with more female engineers which was important to build my confidence in an environment which is male dominated. I was allocated a trainer who was a Business Analyst in IT and looking back that definitely inspired me to move into this career.
